Geir Úlfhrafn Son of Dagna and Odin About/Personality Geir's personality is a complicated thing. Like his father, he's been taking on various personas that have their own personality. This combined with his constant spying and infiltration means he hardly ever reveals his true personality to anyone. The personality Geir shows to most people when he is being 'himself' is a brilliant but lazy guy who is more interested in flirting with hot guys, drinking, and partying. This is a highly exaggerated version of Geir that's based on only a few of his actual traits. His true personality is quite different. For one thing, despite genuinely enjoying random sex, he isn't as sex crazy as he seems. He's actually a romantic, who wants to find the right guy. His promiscuity is an attempt to prevent himself from falling for anyone, and to make others think he isn't great dating material. He recognizes that any mortal he might fall in love with will not be able to handle the powerful supernatural threats that stalk him. There's also the fact that he's functionally immortal. He could solve these problems by dating a fellow scion, but he's all too aware that either of them could be killed by a random Titan agent. Another noticeable thing is that Geir is a lot more aware and smarter than he seems. Not only did Geir inherit his father's intelligence, he also inherited his cunning and penchant for manipulation. He recognizes that playing (mostly) dumb helps set people off edge and makes them more likely to talk about things that they think will go over Geir's head. Another trait of Geir's that people notice is his daredevil streak. While he's always had it, it got much worse after he became a Scion. Some people have accused Geir of having a death wish and they aren't that far off. Geir doesn't want to become like the gods of legend. He uses the threat of death as way of reminding himself that he's still part of the mortal world. Geir also has some dark sides. His experience with the Icelandic Financial Crisis has left him with a grudge against corrupt politicians and wealthy people who use their money and power to abuse those poorer than them. While Geir does try and keep any protest he's at peaceful, his experience with seeing just how common this is has caused him to be less careful about stopping any riots.
